Nuria García works in a factory owned by the Zepeda Group to support her sister and her son. She maintains a relationship with Braulio and feels that everything is fine in her life, but her world takes a sudden nosedive when her child is kidnapped. When Andrés tries to escape from his kidnappers, he suffers an accident that leaves him without memories and ends up in an orphanage. Amelia, Braulio's wife, adopts him and soon after faces a crossroads when she discovers that the child is not an orphan. Nuria never stops looking for her son and arrives in Mexico City, where she meets Santiago, the man who will help her find the answers she seeks while he himself seeks to vindicate his tarnished reputation. Together, they must overcome obstacles and find redemption in the face of adversity.
