LightKeeper of Jigu Temple

During the era of warlord chaos, an old medic and drunkard known as Old Drunkard returns to his hometown and takes shelter in the Bone Resting Temple. There, he saves a widow, Ru Ling, and exposes the sinister conspiracy behind the "Mountain God Child Sacrifice," eventually taking up the mantle of the Light Keeper. He takes the wayward youth Dong Sheng under his wing, helps him crack an arms smuggling case, and rescues Qiu Ying from being offered as a living sacrifice. With wit and grit, he battles a vicious cult and liberates imprisoned patriots. In the end, Old Drunkard passes away in peace, and every life he saved goes on to devote themselves to the revolution.
