Andrey Ermolov is a fashionable Moscow surgeon, a brilliant diagnostician, with whom appointments are made a year in advance. Ermolov is her last hope. But Andrey has no time for the 2 sisters, he tries to prove his innocence, gets into trouble and gets fired. Ermolov is experiencing a severe crisis, which he is trying to suppress with alcohol.
